Response of Surface and Atmospheric Parameters Associated With the Iran M 7.3 Earthquake

Multi-parameter observed from satellite, including microwave brightness temperature (MWBT), skin (SKT), air (AT), and carbon monoxide (CO), have been analyzed to identify the anomalous signals associated with M 7.3 Iran earthquake of 12 November 2017. Besides removing multi-year variability parameters as background, effect surface atmosphere a dust storm event in Middle East region during 29 October-1 is considered distinguish possible anomalies earthquake. The characteristic behaviors atmospheric clearly show event. multiple at different pressure levels provide clear evidence an earthquake, which could help us minimize false alarms. Our results disturbances caused by other natural hazard events mask thermal induced tectonic activities, cannot be ignored when detecting abnormal activities.
